Thank you for visiting my site and may 2011 be a great year for you!  May you achieve your goals and succeed in your endevours.  I am very happy to say that 2010 has been a very successful year for me as I finally earned my IFBB Pro card at NPC Fitness Nationals in July 2010 and I plan on making 2011 an other amazing year filled with great achievements.  I plan on sharing another successfull journey in my  Training Diary with hopes to inspire and being inspired in the process.  Train hard, be proud of who you are and love life within and around you.  Best wishes!   

You can read more about my competition background on my Resume and learn about personal training with me on my studio website.  I own and operate CMC Personal Training Studio in Eagle River, Alaska, where my husband and I train a wide range of clients from every day people to body builders and fitness and figure competitors.  We also offer online contest prep and training though the studio site.  Since, day one, my husband and partner, Shawn, has handled all of my contest prep from nutrition to training to tanning.  People often ask how I get so conditioned.  My answer is always the same, a lot of hard work and the kind of contest prep plan that is part science, part art and can only be developed and monitored by a guru such as Shawn.  I highly recommend him!

I am very excited to report that both my husband and I own Alaska Muscle, our production company, and that after promoting our first event in April, the GCI 2011 NPC Alaska State Championships,  we will be promoting our second event in August 2011 - The 2011 Jackies Place NPC Midnight Sun Body Building, Fitness, Figure and Bikini Championships!  Alaska Muscle is much more that a production company.  We created it to act as a catylist to bring Alaska's physical culture together and to contribute to the establishment of a robust National Physique Committe presence in Alaska.  Check out the Alaska Muscle website to learn more about it.

A brand new accomplishement this year thus far is the creation of my new fitness, figure and bikini team, 907 Muscle Girls.  Immidiately following the 2011 Alaska State Championships in April, the inevitable just became a reality!  As if it took a life of its own, the Team is growing out of control with amazing women, sponsorships, practices, exposure and so much opportunities for an incredible 2011 season!
